Please note that we do not collect text that is comprised solely of numbers, or a combination of letters and numbers, or that contains the "@" symbol. We also do not collect information from fields which the website or application developer has indicated as being for password or payment card data.
We will indicate to you where the provision of certain personal information is required in order for us to provide you certain features and functionalities of the Facemoji App and/or Facemoji Keyboard. If you choose not to provide or share such personal information, it may affect or even disable those features and functionalities. Please see the “Your Choices Regarding Your Information” section of this Privacy Policy for more information.
We may link or combine the personal information we collect about you and the information we collect automatically. This allows us to provide you with a personalized experience regardless of how you interact with us.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies.
We and our third-party partners and providers may use cookies to automatically collect certain types of information when you visit or interact with our email communications, websites and other online services. For example, we may collect log data about your device and its software, such as your IP address, operating system, browser type, date/time of your visit, and other similar information. We may collect analytics data or use third-party analytics tools to help us measure usage and activity trends for our online services and better understand our customer base.
Third-party partners and providers may also collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our websites and online services.
We use or may use the data collected through tracking technologies to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the site; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information, including targeted content and advertising; (c) recognize and contact you across multiple devices; (d) provide and monitor the effectiveness of our services; (e) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, usage, and demographic patterns on our services; (f) diagnose or fix technology problems; and (g) otherwise to plan for and enhance our services.
If you would prefer not to accept cookies, most browsers will allow you to: (i) change your browser settings to notify you when you receive a cookie, which lets you choose whether or not to accept it; (ii) disable existing cookies; or (iii) set your browser to automatically reject cookies. Please note that doing so may negatively impact your experience using our online services, as some features and services on our online services may not work properly. Depending on your device and operating system, you may not be able to delete or block all cookies. In addition, if you want to reject cookies across all your browsers and devices, you will need to do so on each browser on each device you actively use. You may also set your email options to prevent the automatic downloading of images that may contain technologies that would allow us to know whether you have accessed our email and performed certain functions with it.
We also permit third party online advertising networks to collect information about your use for the Facemoji App and Facemoji Keyboard over time so that they may play or display advertising on the Facemoji App and Facemoji Keyboard, on other devices you may use, or on other websites, apps or services. See the “Advertising and Affiliate Links” section of this Privacy Policy for more information.

We may share your personal information with:
3. ADVERTISING AND AFFILIATE LINKS
We partner with Amazon Services, Inc., and other third parties to suggest products or services in response to your search queries. If you click on such link, you will be taken to a third party site or service and this Privacy Notice will no longer apply to information you provide to the third party site or service.
We participate in interest-based advertising and use third party advertising companies to serve you targeted advertisements based on your use of the Facemoji App and Facemoji Keyboard. We may share, or we may permit third party online advertising networks, social media companies and other third party services to collect information about your use of the Facemoji App and Facemoji Keyboard over time so that they may play or display ads on other websites, apps or services you may use (including Facebook), and on other devices you may use.
These third parties may collect mobile identifiers, such as the ID for Advertising for iOS (IDFA), Google Advertising ID, as well as your device's IP address, information about other applications on your device, your location, information about your use of the Facemoji App and Facemoji Keyboard and information about which adverts you have seen or clicked on.
We and our third party partners use this information to make the advertisements you see online more relevant to your interests, as well as to provide advertising-related services such as reporting, attribution, analytics and market research.
We and our third party partners may also link your various devices so that content you see on one device can result in relevant advertising on another device. We do this by collecting information about each device you use when you are logged in to the Facemoji App and Facemoji Keyboard. We may also work with third party partners who employ tracking technologies, or the application of statistical modelling tools, to determine if two or more devices are linked to a single user or household. We may share a common account identifier (such as user ID) with third party advertising partners to help recognize you across devices. We and our partners can use this cross-device linkage to serve interest-based advertising and other personalized content to you across your devices, to perform analytics and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
You may be able to limit the use of these identifiers for interest-based advertising on a particular device through the settings on your device by selecting "limit ad tracking" (iOS) or "opt out of interest based ads" (Android). You may also be able to opt-out of some, but not all, interest-based ads served by mobile ad networks by visiting http://youradchoices.com/appchoices and downloading the mobile AppChoices app.
To learn more about interest-based advertising and how you may be able to opt-out of some of this advertising, you may wish to visit:
Please note that opting-out of receiving interest-based advertising through the NAI’s and DAA’s or Your Online Choices online resources will only opt you out from receiving interest-based ads on that specific browser or device, but you may still receive interest-based ads on your other devices. You would need to perform the opt-out on each browser or device you use.
Some of these opt-outs may not be effective unless your browser is set to accept cookies. If you delete cookies, change your browser settings, switch browsers or devices, or use another operating system, you will need to opt-out again.
Please note that opting out of interest-based advertising does not mean you will no longer see advertising on your device – it just means that adverts may no longer be tailored to your interests.
4. YOUR CHOICES REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION
We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you the functionalities of the Facemoji App and Facemoji Keyboard and for thirty days thereafter for the purpose of analyzing or further improving our technology, the Facemoji App and Facemoji Keyboard, after which the personal information will be deleted or anonymized.
You may control the Facemoji App and Facemoji Keyboard’s access to your device information through your “Settings” app on your device. For instance, you can disable the Facemoji Keyboard's access to your microphone, photo stream and camera roll.
You can also control the information that we receive at any time by changing your settings in the Facemoji App (by turning off the "share data" toggle in Settings > Input Settings). Note that certain features require personal information input to function and the overall effectiveness of the Facemoji Keyboard or various other features and functionalities may deteriorate or be disabled if you decie to turn-off data sharing. For instance, if you turn off data sharing, it may affect or even disable the translation functionality of the Facemoji Keyboard or your ability to customize certain elements of the Facemoji Keyboard like fonts and key sounds.
5. SECURITY AND STORAGE OF INFORMATION
Baidu cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect and that we share with our service providers. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Baidu does not knowingly collect or solicit any information through the Facemoji App or the Facemoji Keyboard from anyone under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from a child under 13, please contact us at facemojiforlenovo@gmail.com
